We care.

We work in the festival business. Nevertheless, or because of this, we try to keep our ecological footprint small.

Our artists & crew also drink quite a bit... mostly water. The drinks are provided to us by our clients. But it's SHOCKING when we look at a huge mountain of empty water bottles after a hot festival weekend. Namely in Germany, Austria, ... in countries with excellent drinking water from the water tap. So we asked ourselves: what we can do about it?

There are many countries where there is neither clean drinking water nor water taps. And here many people do not appreciate this tap water and buy water in plastic bottles for 100 times the price. Why? Because it's chic? These plastic bottles are produced from petroleum, the extraction of which often contaminates the drinking water in the extraction region, and then become a big waste problem again.

• We want to fight plastic bottle pollution and encourage our hosts to sell chic, sustainable drinking bottles for the visitors [--> fancy branded bottles as festival merch, also great bottles for the artists and for our festival-crew]
  
  
• We want to encourage our host towns to install more drinking water wells, so that people can fill up their fancy drinking bottles there. [--> temporary water wells at festivals, suggestion in conversation]
  
  
• We want to raise awareness of the senseless cycle of waterbottles. [--> Variety shows with an MC explaining what this is about]
  
  
• We also want to help building water wells or other drinking water systems in countries without clean drinking water.  [--> Variety shows with 5-minute contributions from our artists, hat money donation --> Cooperation with Viva con Agua]
